We all get songs stuck in our head. Lately, I have had the song “Living By Faith” in mine.
"I care not today what the morrow may bring, If shadow or sunshine or rain, The Lord I know ruleth o'er everything, And all of my worry is vain."
We worry about our children, our spouses, our parents, our health, our finances, our jobs and numerous other things; most of which are out of our control. They say that 38% of people worry every day. Worry can affect your health both mentally and physically. The old saying is 97% of things you worry about never happen.
I Peter 5:7, “Give all your worries to him because he cares for you.” (ERV)
"Worry is like a rocking chair; it gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere." Erma Bombeck
